Studies and Development Department:

The Department is in charge of preparing studies and statistics on Jordanian Insurance Market, and holding training courses and specialized seminars in all aspects of insurance. It also publishes periodical bulletin and other media materials as well as coordinating with correspondences of the newspapers in order to publish insurance news. Furthermore, the Department is in charge for running the Federation’s Website. The following sections are attached to the Department:

A member of the Board of Directors of the Federation chairs each Committee. The committees include specialized members from insurance elites working in companies, and it studies insurance cases.

Library

Personal Affairs Department

This department specializes in the affairs of personnel working in the Federation, organizing their files; supervising their attendance annual leaves and promotions as well as determining labor force needed for the Federation’s departments.

Performs typing all correspondence of the Federation as well as organizing income and outcome correspondence and managing telephone and fax affairs.

Financial Department

Performs all accounting actions and abstracting financial results of the Federation’s Business, in addition to monitoring the financial work of licensing offices and borders’ centers and following up revenues received from all Federation’s centers as well as classifying it and distributing it among the member companies according to laws and regulations issued by official authorities.

The internal auditor in the Federation is in charge of revising and auditing all transactions and accounting procedures of the Federation in accordance to accounting regulations. He is also in charge of following up the implementation of Decisions issued by the Board of Directors.

The officer of this department is in charge of following up the implementation of Decisions issued by the Board of Directors as well as carrying field visits to the compulsory unified insurance offices and boarders centers affiliated to the Federation and reporting to the Board of Directors.

The department is in charge of operating the electronic motor insurance system of the Federation, and operating the computer devices and its programs ,in addition to following up the periodic maintenance to it. A qualified and specialized human resources in this field have been assigned in this department.

The office performs all works related to the insurance of Jordanian vehicles through its offices in Licensing Departments all over the Governorates of Jordan as well as insuring transit cars at borders centers from civilian liabilities’ risks in accordance to vehicles compulsory insurance regulation. The office also distributes the shares of compulsory insurance of Jordanian vehicles tenders among insurance companies and settles down their accidents as well as settling down the accidents’ claims of Arabian vehicles insured with Orange Cards and Jordanian vehicles insured at unified insurance offices in the Arab countries.
